The slope of color steel sheet roof is generally small,generally below 6%. This kind of structure is common in the areaswith more rain in the south central part of China, with largeleakage area and light joint between window and roof ridge. It isnecessary to understand and analyze the structure, leakage pointand reason of the color steel sheet roof when dealing with theleakage water.
Generally speaking, the water leakage of color steel plate roofis mainly caused by the self tapping screw, color steel plate lapjoint, roof ridge tile, pop rivets, artificial deformation of colorsteel plate on the roof and the falling off of waterproof glue inthe decoration parts such as daylighting windows. The correspondingleakage points can be divided into the following points:
One. Water leaks in roof screws and fasteners
This phenomenon mainly occurs in the double-layer color steelplate and the single-layer color steel plate roof. In theconstruction process, the self tapping force is too large and toolight, and the self tapping screw is skewed, etc., which may causethe self tapping rubber pad to deform, fall off or form a concavesurface, resulting in water dripping and leakage on the roof, andthrough the accumulation of heat preservation cotton, more and morewater is accumulated, forming multi-point water leakage. Inaddition, the position of the self tapping wire is not correct, andthe purlin under the color steel plate leaks directly to formholes, which is also one of the important reasons for the waterleakage. This kind of water leakage may not be obvious in thesingle-layer color steel plate roof structure without heatpreservation system. The main reason is that after the rainwaterleakage, the contact part between the steel plate and the purlin isdirectly dispersed, and the water does not necessarily driprapidly.
2. Water leakage at color steel plate joint
The horizontal and vertical joints and joints of color steelplate are leaking. If the tile wave of color steel plate is too lowor the rainwater is too large to pass through the tile wave, it iseasy to form a large area of water leakage, and the water leakagepoint is not easy to detect. Once formed, it is not easy to repair,which is often seen in arc roofs. The main reason is that the twoplates are not tightly overlapped and the self tapping thread isnot full to form a gap.

工艺流程：
镀锌层经过表面预处理（脱脂、清洗、化学转化处理）彩钢卷批发和连续涂装（辊涂法）后，除起到锌保护作用外，还起到覆盖和隔离作用，可防止钢板生锈，使用寿命比镀锌钢板长。据悉，涂层钢板的使用寿命比镀锌钢板长50%。
但在不同区域、不同部位使用时，同一镀锌量、同一镀层、彩钢卷批发同一镀层厚度的彩涂板使用寿命会有很大差异。例如，在工业区或沿海地区，由于二氧化硫气体或盐在空气中的作用，腐蚀速度加快，影响使用寿命。雨季时，采用涂层经雨水浸泡、长期烘烤冷却后制成的镀锌钢带（镀锌、热镀锌）作为底板。表面预处理（脱脂和化学处理）后，用滚筒涂一层或多层液体涂料。通过烘烤和冷却得到的板材是涂层钢板。因为涂层可以有不同的颜色，。
普通双涂双烤连续彩涂机组的主要生产工艺为：开卷→前处理→涂装→烘烤→后处理→卷取。
